If you have created an account on EducationsPro, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

This applies to accounts created using email and password, Google Sign-In, or any other supported sign-in method available in our app.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your EducationsPro account, please send an email to our support team using the email address below:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name.
• Your registered email address.
• The sign-in method used, such as email/password or Google Sign-In.
• A clear statement that you want to delete your EducationsPro account and associated data.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account profile information, such as name and email address.
• Login and authentication information linked to your account.
• Course enrollment records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
• Learning activity associated with your user profile.
• User-generated content connected to your account, such as comments, where applicable.
• Support requests associated with your account, where deletion is legally permitted.

Some data may be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
